Climb up to find a hidden platform with another poison sac. Once the gas is gone, break the debris on the left side of the path to reveal a ladder. Throw Feathers at the distant enemies to draw them out one by one, then Feather the poison sac to clear the gas. Follow the path ahead, killing the enemies along the way, to reach another platform coated with the yellow poison. Open the door at the top of the ladder then engage with the shield villager patrolling outside. Either way destroying it will let you walk around freely, so grab the Collection of Memories Lv1 from the barrel at the bottom of the nearby ladder, then climb the ladder up to a new area. You can destroy the sac either by dashing toward it and attacking with your Saber, or targeting it then throwing Feathers at it.
